Asset Management Service

This will cover the IT infrastructure of customer, namely, Servers, Desktops, Printers, Networking equipment, scanners, peripherals, operating system, software etc. installed at the locations of the customer.

  • Create a hardware asset database for all locations of the customer by recording information like configuration details, serial number, asset code, warranty and AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) details, IP address, etc. The performa for this database should be prepared and submitted to customer for its approval before commencing activity.
  • Create software asset database for all locations of customer recording information like license, version numbers and registration details.
  • Management of software keys and license numbers, software installation media. Also undertake registration of all new software procured by customer with respective agencies.
  • Ensure proper change management policy is defined for undertaking changes to infrastructure at all the locations. This policy is submitted to customer for approval. Religare Technova follows the policy to record changes such as installation of new machines, modifications in configuration, change of location, upgrade of machine, addition of new software, re-installation of operating system, etc.
  • Track the inventory of all spare parts and conduct quarterly IT asset audits, quarterly during the currency of the contract. Notify customers on expiry of warranty period or the AMC so that a fresh / renewal of AMC can be done
