
Religare Technova provides comprehensive onsite support to customer at the designated Data Centres. It also ensures that the whole is operational and run according to industry norms and standards.
Religare Technova provides comprehensive technical support services for all the software proposed for the entire period of the contract. The technical support should include all the upgrades, updates and patches that are released by the respective OEMs during the period of contract.
Religare Technova is also responsible for setting up servers, configuring storage space, setting up and maintaining working e-mail accounts and mailing lists, management and integration of databases, implementing security on the Internet / Intranet, setting up of firewalls and authorization systems, performing backups as scheduled and recommended of data as well as ensuring patch levels and updates are current, subject to the concurrence of customer. It would be responsible for periodic health check of the systems, troubleshooting problems, analyzing and implementing rectification measures as well as bug fixes... On an ongoing basis, Religare Technova offers troubleshooting for infrastructure, network and application to determine the areas where fixes are required and ensuring resolution of the same.
This would extend to new purchases as well legacy systems existing within the network. However applications and database servers and associated equipment envisaged as part of any new initiative would have to be paid for as extra as per commercial levels agreed to between the parties. However reconfiguration of existing systems to new uses would not be extra.
Religare Technova manages vendor coordination and this shall extend to any agency that would provide warranty cover. Religare Technova would also be responsible for resolving any vendor conflicts in case of overlaps and divided responsibilities involving different vendors.
It shall take care of identification, diagnosis and resolution of problem areas pertaining to the central infrastructure and application and maintaining assured service levels.
Messaging and Admin services
Religare Technova manages user names, roles and passwords of all the relevant subsystems, including, but not limited to servers, applications, devices, etc. It shall also handle management of passwords for all relevant components and devices under his purview and implement a password change mechanism in accordance with the security policy of customer.
