System Administration

Ensuring proper configuration of server parameters, operating systems administration and tuning, Religare Technova would be the single point for accountability for all hardware maintenance and support central infrastructure. Religare Technova is responsible for operating system administration, including user management, processes, resource contention, preventive maintenance and management of upgrades including migration to higher versions and patches to ensure that the system is properly updated. It shall also be responsible for re-installation in the event of system crash/failures.


Storage Administration

Religare Technova provides services for management of storage environment to maintain optimum performance. It is responsible for management of the storage including storage management policy, configuration and management of disk array, SAN fabric / switches, NAS, tape library, etc. This would cover management of space, volume, RAID configuration, LUN, zone, security, business continuity volumes, NAS, performance, etc.


Database Management

Religare Technova provides services for management of database environment to maintain performance at optimum levels. It does so by undertaking end-to-end management of databases on an ongoing basis to ensure smooth functioning of the same and tasks including, but not limited to, managing changes to database schema, disk space, storage, user roles.

Messaging Administration

Religare Technova provides services for management of messaging environment to maintain performance at optimum levels on 8 x 6 basis. The service offered addresses the end-to-end management of messaging systems, including, but not limited to, administration of mail servers, monitoring performance, management of user account, mail boxes, post office and address book, backup and archival management, transaction log management.


Backup / Restore

Religare Technova ensures that backup of operating system, database and application is performed as per customer policies. This is done by monitoring and enhancing the performance of scheduled backups, schedule regular testing of backups and ensure adherence to related retention policies. Religare Technova also ensures 24 x 6 support for file and volume restoration requests is available at the data centers. Requisite software, cabinets etc as considered appropriate would be provided by customer.


Vendor Management

Religare Technova shall coordinate and follow up with all relevant vendors of customer for desktops, printers and networking equipment, peripherals, etc. to ensure that the user problems and issues are resolved in accordance with the SLA of the vendor. It shall also ensure that unresolved items are escalated in accordance with the escalation matrix.

Asset Management

This will cover the IT infrastructure of customer, namely, Servers, Desktops, Printers, Networking equipment, scanners, peripherals, operating system, software etc. installed at the locations of the customer.

Helpdesk Management

The Help desk is the single point of contact from Religare Technova for resolution of application related problems.
