DR Administration
In the process of setting up the DR for customer so that in case of major failure in Primary data-centre operations can be shifted to the DR site in a seamless manner. Here are the quick details of the DR operations in future.
- Provide services for management of DR environment to maintain performance at optimum levels on 8 x 6 basis and as required in case of a disaster or drill
- Ensure that documentation is up to date and the secondary site is in full readiness for switch over in case of any disaster
- Religare Technova shall note that the site would run development, testing and training in normal circumstances. The administrator should re-configure the servers in the event of disaster to ensure that configuration is same as primary site
- Manage the data synchronization processes to ensure that data and application is updated at site
- Ensure that configuration of equipment and application maintained at the primary site is replicated regularly at the site
- Mock drills and plan updates should be carried out as per the policies of customer
