Mr. Maninder Singh Grewal
Maninder Singh Grewal, MD - Religare Technova Limited, is a veteran of the IT Industry since over 28 years of experience. He has been involved with growth and evolution of the industry from Compaq portables to mainframes and from DOS to the Apple OS. He has substantial general management, sales and marketing experience in the IT industry. His skills lie in strategy formulation as well as implementation and execution excellence. He is well known and respected in the Indian IT Industry. Mr. Grewal is responsible for fueling the growth engines of the company by providing strategic business planning, conceptual as well as technical inputs. He is a mechanical engineer from IIT Kharagpur.

Mr. Sanjay Padode
Sanjay Padode, CEO – Religare Technova Limited, has over 15 years of work experience, all of it in IT. He has worked on large projects in implementing paperless offices, office automation and workflow management for clients in securities market, stock exchanges, government, banking, infrastructure and private sector. He has travelled widely to many countries for heading software projects. He has strong business development, sales, consulting, recruitment, project management, design and implementation skills. He has set technology competency goals for Religare Technova Global Solutions and has pioneered Religare Technova Global Solutions from low value-chain tasks to high value chain in IT industry. He is a graduate in Electronics Engineering from BITS, Pilani.

Mr. Ralph Horne
Ralph Horne, CEO – Religare Technova Global Solutions has over fourteen years experience within both the IT and securities industries. Prior to the establishment of Capital Market Solutions, Ralph was a member of the Board of Misys Securities Trading Systems and was Director of Operations in Asia Pacific. He was responsible for the companies’ operations in Australia, New Zealand, Tokyo, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, Taiwan and Korea. Ralph's knowledge of the IT and securities industry has resulted in him being consulted on a number of industry initiatives and being invited to speak at several industry events across the region.
