Religare Technova provides services for management of messaging environment to maintain performance at optimum levels on 8 x 6 basis. The service offered addresses the end-to-end management of messaging systems, including, but not limited to, administration of mail servers, monitoring performance, management of user account, mail boxes, post office and address book, backup and archival management, transaction log management.
It ensures implementation of mail policies as defined by customer, including user security, access control, encryption, mail box sizes, mail sizes, spam, content filtering, etc. while managing and monitoring mail queues, mail routing of incoming and outgoing Internet mail. Migration services to a clustered environment based on storage area network or external storage and consequent reinstallations etc. are also offered.
