Religare Technova shall coordinate and follow up with all relevant vendors of customer for desktops, printers and networking equipment, peripherals, etc. to ensure that the user problems and issues are resolved in accordance with the SLA of the vendor. It shall also ensure that unresolved items are escalated in accordance with the escalation matrix.

  • Maintain database of the various vendors with details like contact person, telephone nos., escalation matrix, response time and resolution time commitments etc.
  • Log calls with vendors for problems not within the domain of facility management servers and coordinating with the vendors to get the problems resolved.

Draw a consolidated monthly SLA performance report across vendors for consideration of customer.
